Jack’s Family Restaurant, Dickinson, ND

Jack’s is an old-fashioned family restaurant that is well known for their borscht, chicken, and other hearty soups! Borscht is a sour soup that originated in Eastern Europe and is made primarily with beetroots. It is a unique dish that customers always love! Other soup options include knoephla, which is a traditional German dumpling potato soup. Kroll’s Diner, Multiple locations

Classic 1950s-style Kroll’s Diner is one of the best restaurants in Minot. Opened in 1972, they specialize in both German and American cuisine. The menu offers omelets, skillets, eggs, pancakes, French toast, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, chicken, German specials, and soups like their famous knoephla soup, homemade chili topped with shredded cheddar cheese, or the homemade soup of the day. Kroll’s Diner has locations in Bismarck, Fargo, Minot, and Mandan. 

Three Lyons Pub, Fargo, ND

Three Lyons Pub in the heart of Fargo specializes in authentic made-from-scratch English cuisine in a classic pub atmosphere.
