Memorial Day Murph at CrossFit Vokse

What is the Murph? It is a classic CrossFit workout designed to honor and remember the men and women of the armed forces that have lost their lives in defense of our freedom. Join us on Memorial Day as we all participate and honor the falllen. The Murph workout can be done in many ways. We will have coaches on site to help and modify for each and every participant! Stop by for a bite to eat and the greatest community and be a part of one of Vokse’s biggest events of the year!
