Bisman Triathlon

The Bisman Triathlon has been the premier multisport race in North Dakota since 2010. Today, the BISMAN is a qualifier for the Toyota USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. With a safe course and an energetic and supportive atmosphere, the BISMAN Triathlon will be the highlight of your summer!

Course:

Swim

The race is a beach start. Swim with the buoys on your right, out and back. Return to the beach, where you will run to the transition area.

Bike

Bike course is open to traffic; racers will exit the McDowell Dam Recreation Area toward Highway 10, turning left (East) onto Highway 10. Course is well marked with volunteers.

Run

Run course is open to traffic; racers will exit the McDowell Dam Recreation Area following the same route as the bike course. The run continues toward Highway 10 with a well-marked, manned turnaround back toward McDowell Dam. Continue past the transition area toward the finish line.
