7:30 a.m. - Street Closures
8:00 a.m. - Live Broadcast Begins on Main Street
8:00 a.m. - 5K Road Race Begins
9:00 a.m. - Street Festival on Main
10:00 a.m. - Classic Car Parade begins on The Strip
10:10 a.m. - Parade begins on The Strip
10:30 a.m. - Parade arrives at Main Street
10:30 a.m. - Live broadcast begins on KX Networks
11:05 a.m. - Parade arrives at Art in the Park

For Entrants
7:30 a.m. - VIP Staging Begins
7:45 a.m. - Red & White Staging Begins
7:55 a.m. - Street Closures
8:15 a.m. - Blue Staging Begins
9:50a.m. - Classic Cars Depart Staging Area
10:10 a.m. - Parade Departs Staging Area

The parade starts at 3rd and Memorial (on the strip), proceeds to Memorial Highway and Main Street, and then stays on the entirety of Main Street, exiting at 10th Ave SW.
